President Boris Tadic said in New York last night that Serbia rejected any changes to its ICJ resolution draft. UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon has demonstrated an excellent understanding of Belgrade's stands regarding Serbia's request for the International Court of Justice to provide an opinion regarding the legality of the unilateral declaration of Kosovo's independence, Beta news agency quoted Tadic as saying.
