Oliver Dulic has supported the nomination of Djavolja Varos to become one of the seven wonders of the natural world. The Environment Ministry has sent an official letter of support to Djavolja Varos (Devil’s Town) in its bid to be voted one of the seven natural wonders. Dulic backs Djavolja Varos natural wonder bid The environment minister said that it was one of the efforts being taken to improve Serbia’s image in the world, and to make the country’s assets become renowned worldwide. Djavolja Varos is currently ranked 14th on the list. The New7Wonders Foundation launched the competition for the seven natural wonders of the world, voting for which closes on December 31. Djavolja Varos has been under state protection since 1959, and in 1995 it was declared a UNESCO world heritage site of exceptional importance, and accorded top protection status as a natural landmark.
