President Boris Tadic says Serbia won’t accept the EULEX mission to Kosovo without a UN Security Council resolution. “The fact that we want to return our ambassadors to the EU countries means that we want to become an EU member state, that we want to encourage those countries in the EU that have not recognize Kosovo’s independence to stick to that decision.
