Bosnia-Herzegovina will in August send one of its army's infantry units numbering 49 soldiers to Iraq, it was confirmed in Sarajevo. Bosnian army chief Sifet Podzic told Sarajevo daily Dnevni Avaz that the troops will first spend several days in Kuwait, in preparation for their Middle East mission. This will be the first time that an infantry unit is sent to Iraq.
