A spokesman for the UN secretary-general says "options regarding UNMIK's role in Kosovo" are still reviewed. Farhan Haq told Tanjug that Ban Ki-moon was still looking at possible courses of action, and that UNMIK's status would remain unchanged in the meantime. Ban still "reviewing options for UNMIK" He also said that Ban had not sent a letter proposing the transfer of part of authorities from UNMIK to EULEX.
