EULEX head Yves de Kermabon has embarked on a several-day long visit to Kosovo. Late Saturday in Pristina, he said that the EU mission, EULEX, will not begin operating on June 15, as originally planned, and underlined that the mission was "strictly in the European Union's jurisdiction".
