Ahead of his address today at a regional summit in Macedonia, Boris Tadic says the Western Balkans cannot be stable without a Serbia integrated into the EU. The president, and the leader of the Democrats (DS), is attending a two-day summit of central and southeastern European heads of state in the lake resort of Ohrid. Tadic: Serbia in EU, stable Balkans Tadic criticized Macedonia's decision to start border demarcation talks with Kosovo, and asked that Belgrade, along with UNMIK, take part in this process.
