LDP: Slovenia supports Serbia's Euro path
On his return from Slovenia, Liberal Democratic Party (LDP) leader Čedomir Jovanović has said that Serbia will have Ljubljana’s support in EU integration.

On his return from Slovenia, Liberal Democratic Party (LDP) leader Cedomir Jovanovic has said that Serbia will have Ljubljana’s support in EU integration. According to a statement from the LDP, Jovanovic said that “Slovenia understands the rhythm of the times it belongs to, while Serbia is attempting to find her position in that time.” LDP: Slovenia supports Serbia's Euro path The LDP leader, who was visiting Slovenia on an invitation from Ljubljana to his party, said that he appreciated Slovenia’s gesture to keep its its embassy running in spite of the recent Belgrade riots. He said that Kosovo could not be an obstacle to international relations, because, as he put it, Kosovo was the past. During the visit, Jovanovic spoke to Slovenian President Danilo Turk, European Parliament Rapporteur for Serbia Jelko Kacin, and leader of the Slovenian Liberal Democratic Party Katarina Kresal.
