President Boris Tadic will address the UN Security Council session dedicated to Kosovo Monday, April 21. He will also meet with UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon, his office told Tanjug Friday. Tadic, Thaci to attend UN SC session Tadic is scheduled talk with the Russian, Chinese and South African ambassadors to the world organization. The UN SC will discuss the regular quarterly reports of Ban and UNMIK chief Joachim Ruecker on the situation in Kosovo, the first after the province unilaterally declared independence on Feb. 17. The Ministry for Kosovo has forwarded to the UN Belgrade's reaction to Ruecker's report, in which Serbia urges the UN and all its members to fully respect its sovereignty and territorial integrity, and reject the illegal unilateral declaration of Kosovo independence, requesting at the same time that the UN representative in the province "take appropriate steps". Meantime in Pristina, it was announced that Kosovo's Premier Hashim Thaci has already for New York Friday. He too will attend the April 21 UN Security Council session, at the UN Security Council invitation. Thaci will address the Council and speak about the current political developments in Kosovo, a statement issued in Pristina said.
