Kosovo police, KPS, say they arrested four persons near Laplje Selo for stoning passing vehicles. Three of the four are teenagers, all local Serbs. Kosovo police arrest Serb minors for stoning cars "Four members of the Serb community have been detained, three of them minors, and another 20-year-old person," KPS spokesman Veton Elshani said. "They were caught while they attacked vehicles traveling on the Pristina-Skopje road with stones in their hands," he was quoted as saying. The four were then interrogated, the spokesman said, with a social worker present, and said that their goal was "to damage the cars driving along the road". Those detained have been identified as M.P, B.P, M.S. and Dejan Djokic. Another person from the group managed to escape. The KPS suspects that the "same group stoned and damaged six vehicles on April 10".
