UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon says that a return to the status quo in Kosovo is impossible and impractical. For this reason, he said, it was necessary to find a way out of the predicament that was a “very complicated matter.” Ban: No return to status quo “Kosovo declared its independence unilaterally.
