LSV “proud to be obstacle for Koštunica”

LSV leader Nenad Canak says that his party is proud to be an obstacle to another Vojislav Kostunica mandate as prime minister. Canak said that the possibility of Kostunica becoming prime minister again was “definitely the worst possible option for Serbia.” LSV “proud to be obstacle for Kostunica” The Vojvodina League of Social Democrats (LSV) leader added that if the Serb Radical Party (SRS) came to power “by some twist of fate,” it would not last long, because the destruction that the party would bring would be seen right away. He said that the option of Kostunica becoming prime minister again would be a waste of time, and would not stop the Radicals from coming to power after him. “He is a double waste of time, and we will not allow Kostunica to be prime minister again. This means that the LSV guarantees a European road, and its sincerity in relation to parties that it would cooperate with in the next government,” Canak said. He added that the LSV would stand at the provincial elections under the list “Together for Vojvodina—Nenad Canak”, made up of parties with their headquarters in Vojvodina, and their manifesto would be based on developing Serbia’s European path and decentralization, which would have to include autonomy for the province.
