A blast occurred at 19:30 CET at the storage facilities of the Galenika pesticide factory in Zemun. Serbian police, MUP, have confirmed this for Beta news agency this evening. Zemun: Explosion at pesticide factory MUP Rescue and Protection Sector Chief Predrag Maric was at the scene when he said that firefighters were battling the flames under difficult conditions, since the material that exploded for as yet unknown reasons is highly flammable. Media are reporting from Zemun, one of Belgrade's municipalities, that several firefighters have been injured so far, and are treated at the military clinic VMA Toxicology Ward.
