Nebojsa Vukomanovic, 36, a Kosovo Serb who was shot in the head in Kosovska Mitrovica, is in a serious condition. He was wounded by a bullet fired from an automatic weapon Monday in clashes between UNMIK police and KFOR with the local Serbs, who demonstrated against the storming of a local court where Serb judicial workers were protesting.
