Politicians perform their civic duty

Politicians, including the candidates themselves, Boris Tadic and Tomislav Nikolic, have been out to vote today. Prime Minister Vojislav Kostunica, Liberal Democratic Party leader Cedomir Jovanovic, and New Serbia leader Velimir Ilic have also been out to perform their civic duty. Serb Radical Party candidate Nikolić voted at around 10:00 CET at polling station 7 in New Belgrade, while Democratic Party candidate Tadić voted at about the same time at polling station 34 in the Old Town. Koštunica voted at 1530 at polling station 42, also in the Old Town.
