Ex-pats will be the first to vote today in the second round of the presidential election. The Electoral Commission, RIK, said that Serbian nationals currently residing in the United Kingdom, Canada, Portugal and the United States will be able to vote today. Serbians cast votes in four countries Voters registered in Serbia itself, as well as expatriates in all other states around the world, go to the polls tomorrow. 37,171 citizens living abroad are eligible to cast their ballots at 65 polling stations in 36 countries, the commission explained. Boris Tadic (DS) and Tomislav Nikolic (SRS) are on the run-off ballot paper.
