An Islamic Community of Serbia dignitary says Kosovo should continue to be a part of Serbia. Mufti Hamdija Jusufspahic was visiting Zrenjanin, Vojvodina, this Thursday, when he told Beta news agency that one of the ways to preserve peace and stability in the country is for the southern province to remain within Serbia's borders, "with the highest degree of autonomy and democracy". Mufti: Kosovo should remain part of Serbia Jusufspahic explained his position by saying he believed any separation of a country's territory was a negative occurrence, since it brings with it the possibility of engulfing other regions into similar turmoil.
