The health of Patriarch Pavle has slowly improved over the past week, the SPC press office says. The public relations service of the Serbian Orthodox Church (SPC) Holy Synod announced the news on Monday. Patriarch Pavle's health improving The statement said that the doctors of the Military Medical Academy, VMA, where the Patriarch is receiving treatment, announced that his "temperature is normal, he is eating, communicating and actively cooperating in his rehabilitation program." Control X-ray and laboratory analyses show improvement on the heart and lungs, and the withdrawal of the inflammation complications, the doctors said. Patriarch Pavle will continue his therapy and rehabilitation, and his health will be monitored, the statement concluded.
