The War Crimes Prosecution has pressed charges against 14 people suspected of war crimes in Lovas in Croatia in 1991. The 14, including members of the Yugoslav National Army (JNA), the local authorities, and the so-called “Dusan the Mighty“ paramilitary unit, are accused of committing war crimes in October and November 1991. The prosecution has asked for seven of the men to be remanded in custody, according to a statement. The accused are: Ljuban Devetak, Milan Devcic, Milan Radojcic, Zeljko Krnjajic, Miodrag Dimitrijevic, Darko Peric, Radovan Vlajkovic, Radisav Josipovic, Jovan Dimitrijevic, Sasa Stojanovic, Dragan Bacic, Zoran Kosijer, Petronije Stevanovic and Aleksandar Nikolaidis.
