Special UNMIK and Kosovo police units carried out a search operation in Leposavic, northern Kosovo, on Saturday. Leposavic is inhabited by Kosovo Serbs. UNMIK looks for weapons in northern Kosovo Regional spokesman for the Kosovo Police Service(KPS) Besin Hoti told Tanjug news agency that they searched two locations in Nemanjina Street in Leposavic. The raid started at 6 and lasted until 7 a.m. CET. "Arms were not found and the operation was carried out under a search warrant issued by a district judge," Hoti said.
