The Serbian lawmakers are continuing the discussion of the list of potential Constitutional Court judges. Parliament discussed the list of candidates yesterday proposed by President Boris Tadic. Parliament on Constitutional Court judges Parliament must pick five of the ten candidates on that list, while the president must do likewise with a list submitted by parliamentary representatives. Once the discussion is over, parliamentary officials will move on to discussing key aspects of the proposal for the Constitutional Court Law, due to be adopted during the same meeting at which the list of candidates will be chosen. Parliament is also expected to discuss the Asylum Law proposal, for which parliamentary officials have proposed some 100 amendments.
