Proeski driver faces criminal charges

Criminal charges have been filed against the man driving the car in which Macedonian pop star Tose Proeski died Tuesday. Georgij Georgijevski has had charges for reckless driving pressed against him, according to Croatian website Index.hr. Proeski driver faces criminal charges The investigation into the accident is expected to be completed today, which will show what happened and what the cause of the crash was. According to a police statement, the accident resulted from Georgijevski driving too close to the vehicle in front of him, hitting a truck in front of the van and subsequently spinning off the road. Proeski, who was sleeping in the passenger seat, was killed on impact, Georgijevski suffered serious injuries while Proeski’s managers sustained light injuries.
