Bojan Kostres said that the Government had not released the vital parts of the highway concession contract. “I am particularly worried about the fact that annex 12 was not made public, because it defines the charging of tolls, and annex 13, which regulates the question of concession compensation, as well as annex 14, which defines the form of the guarantees,” the Vojvodina assembly speaker said. An agreement is expected to be reached today to allow journalists to have access to all of the annexes.
