The concession contract for the planned construction and maintenance of the Horgos-Pozega highway has been made public today. The contract, along with 14 of the 19 of its annexes, was posted on the Serbian government's website this afternoon. Gov't publishes concession contract The move came after an agreement for the unveiling of the document was reached between the government and concessionaires FFC - Alpine consortium. The remaining five annexes that will not be published are related in the financial part of the contract will be available at the government building. Today's decision to make the details of the contract available is expected to end the controversy that grew around the deal, after the government decided earlier to keep the document, reportedly defining a deal worth in excess of EUR 1bn, unavailable to public.
