JUKOM stressed that the records would show that on the night Ulemek surrendered State television director (RTS) Aleksandar Tijanic and prime minister’s advisor Aleksandar Nikitović were present in the building.

JUKOM went on to say that the MUP refused to submit to the Rulebook on securing its facilities’ parameter, explaining that “making the document public would endanger safety of MUP personnel”.

JUKOM demanded access to the document pursuant to the Law on Availability of Information relevant to the public.

B92 has already reported on official records documenting the alleged meeting between Interior Minister Dragan Jočić and Ulemek on the night of Legija's surrender.

However, it remains unclear who was in fact present at the MUP headquarters on the night in question.
