"WB compliments, Serbia safe country for investors"

Addressing reporters in Washington after the meeting, Vucic said that WB is satisfied with the work Serbia has done so far and added that there are no open issues or differences in standpoints between the country and the international financial institution, although a good share of hard work is yet to be done.

The prime minister also quoted WB Country Director for South-East Europe Ellen Goldstein who said that in case Serbia pursues the reforms, it will soon become the best country in the region regardless of the gravity of situation it is facing.

This is a significant incentive and it is up to us to work hard and well, Vucic said and expressed the belief that Serbia will have a good partner in WB.
