BELGRADE Zorana Mihajlovic met on Monday with a delegation of U.S. company General Electric "concerning the realization of South Stream pipeline project through Serbia." The delegation of General Electric headed by Vice Chairman John Rice expressed interest in participation in tasks aimed at revitalization of power stations in Serbia the average age of which exceeds 25 years. "During the talks, the cooperation so far was qualified as positive and the officials also discussed the possibilities of investing in renewable energy sources which has become a considerably more attractive area for investors as the Serbian Ministry of Energy adjusted its regulative framework in the field in the past year and a half," said the ministry.
