Air Serbia introduces direct flights to Ljubljana

Serbia's national airline company Air Serbia on Tuesday introduced everyday direct flights from Belgrade to Ljubljana.

BELGRADE Serbia's national airline company Air Serbia on Tuesday introduced everyday direct flights from Belgrade to Ljubljana. The flights from Belgrade to Ljubljana offer great potential for development of tourism in the two countries and improvement of their overall economic relations, Air Serbia CEO Dane Kondic said in a written statement. Air Serbia introduces direct flights to Ljubljana The flights to Ljubljana have been reintroduced following a three-year break, after being scrapped by JAT Airways in 2010. Air Serbia became Serbia's national airline company on October 26, and currently has a fleet of ten narrow-fuselage and four turboprop aircraft. Later on Tuesday, Air Serbia will also introduce direct flights from Belgrade to Bucharest. As part of Air Serbia's promotional campaign, return tickets to both destinations cost 99 euros. Air Serbia introduces direct flights to Ljubljana

The flights to Ljubljana have been reintroduced following a three-year break, after being scrapped by JAT Airways in 2010.

Air Serbia became Serbia's national airline company on October 26, and currently has a fleet of ten narrow-fuselage and four turboprop aircraft.

Later on Tuesday, Air Serbia will also introduce direct flights from Belgrade to Bucharest.

As part of Air Serbia's promotional campaign, return tickets to both destinations cost 99 euros.
