Serbian currency strengthens against euro

The Serbian strengthened against the euro by 0.6 percent or RSD 0.64 and against U.S. dollar by one percent on Friday, the National Bank of Serbia (NBS) says.

BELGRADE The Serbian strengthened against the euro by 0.6 percent or RSD 0.64 and against U.S. dollar by one percent on Friday, the National Bank of Serbia (NBS) says. The official middle exchange rate is today RSD 112.6378 for one euro, the NBS has released. Serbian currency strengthens against euro On a monthly level, the national currency is 1.1 percent stronger against the euro and it is down by 7.7 percent compared to a year ago. According to the official data, this year the dinar hit its lowest value against the euro on August 9, at the rate of RSD 119.0723 for one euro, and the strongest on January 11, when one unit of the hard currency was worth RSD 103.6922. The indicative dinar-versus-dollar exchange rate is up by one percent and it is RSD 86.6254. The dinar is today two percent stronger than a month ago and 9.9 percent weaker than a year ago. Serbian currency strengthens against euro

On a monthly level, the national currency is 1.1 percent stronger against the euro and it is down by 7.7 percent compared to a year ago.

According to the official data, this year the dinar hit its lowest value against the euro on August 9, at the rate of RSD 119.0723 for one euro, and the strongest on January 11, when one unit of the hard currency was worth RSD 103.6922.
