Serbian currency again hits historic low

The Serbian dinar (RSD) dropped to a new historic low on Monday, with the exchange rate reaching RSD 110.1939 for one euro (EUR). This is despite an intervention from the National Bank of Serbia (NBS), which sold EUR 30 million in the interbank foreign exchange market on Friday in order to prevent excessive daily fluctuation in the exchange rate.
