The Serbian government will be forced to change its regulation on technical and other requirements for liquid fuels of oil origin, B92 has learned. Due to the import limitations found in the document, European Commission experts have said that it violates the Stabilization and Association Agreement (SAA). Fuel regulation also in breach of SAA Previously, for the same reason, Serbia had to change its law on excise duty. In this case once again, Belgrade and Brussels view the Oil Industry of Serbia (NIS) differently.
