Russian Gazpromneft will deposit EUR 400mn for a 51% stake in the Serbian Oil Industry on Wednesday or Thursday, said Energy Minister Petar Skundric today. Under the NIS contract, which was signed by Skundric and Gazpromneft CEO Aleksandr Dyukov, the Russian side committed to invest at least EUR 547mn in NIS, while the sale price for a 51 percent stake in the company was EUR 400mn.
