Serbia to become Eurocontrol observer

Eurocontrol has invited Serbia to join its work in the capacity of an observer, Serbia's Civil Aviation Directorate says.

Eurocontrol has invited Serbia to join its work in the capacity of an observer, Serbia's Civil Aviation Directorate says. A statement issued Thursday added that the European Organization for the Safety of Air Navigation, Eurocontrol, has asked Serbia to appoint its representative to the organization as soon as possible, as it continues work in making new, harmonized air traffic regulation. Serbia to become Eurocontrol observer The agency pointed out that Serbia was welcome to participate in the regulatory body's activities, after the country singed the Single European Sky agreement with the EU, liberalizing air traffic.
