Libya invites Serbian companies
Co-Chair of the Mixed Serbian-Libyan Committee Mohamed al-Hijazi called on the Serbian companies to take part in infrastructural projects in Libya.

Co-Chair of the Mixed Serbian-Libyan Committee Mohamed al-Hijazi called on the Serbian companies to take part in infrastructural projects in Libya. The country's government is set to allocate around LYD 35bn (USD 25bn) to those projects, Tanjug news agency reports. Libya invites Serbian companies After a three-day session of the committee in Belgrade, the two countries signed a Protocol on Cooperation, a Memorandum on Cooperation in the area of health and tourism and an Agreement on Avoiding Double Taxation. The documents were signed by Hijazi, who is Libyan minister of health and environment, Serbian Infrastructure Minister Milutin Mrkonjic and Health Minister Tomica Milosavljevic. Hijazi told journalists that the Serbian companies are welcome in the Libyan market, pointing out that however they will face serious competition from other European and Asian companies in the forthcoming tenders.
