Eight years after NATO's bombing, despite huge donations and the guidance of international experts, Kosovo's economy is in shambles, the BBC says. An important contributing factor is shortage of electric power, the report said. The local chamber of commerce acknowledges that under such circumstance, it is difficult to attract foreign investments, the BBC said.
