Serb leader in Croatia receives death threats

"What has been happening in the past few days is a criminal act, according to the legal service we have been consulting. If the state prosecution does not do it, we will do it ourselves - in other words, file a criminal complaint," Pupovac, who is also a member of the Croatian parliament, told the Serbian state broadcaster RTS.

Keleminec, who heads the minor right-wing party, recently told Pupovac that "if he did not like" the fascist Ustasha slogan "For home ready" he should "move to Serbia," calling on his followers to follow suit. After this came the death threats.

Keleminac sent the message to Pupovac after the SNV newspaper informed the public about the fascist slogan being a part of a memorial recently unveiled in Jasenovac.
