The Hague Prosecution on Monday announced to the court's Appeal Chamber that it will appeal the acquittal of Vojislav Seselj.

Prosecution announces Seselj case appeal to Appeals Chamber
The Office of the Prosecutor requested that the Appeals Chamber approve the appeal, reverse the verdict and find Seselj guilty, or throw out the verdict and order a retrial.The ICTY (Hague Tribunal) on March 31 acquitted the Serbian Radical Party leader on all nine counts of an indictment for using hate speech to aid and abet war crimes in Croatia and Bosnia-Herzegovina and expulsions of ethnic Croats from Vojvodina.
The Office of the Prosecutor had requested a 28-year prison sentence for Seselj.
