  40. Good for Tahiri for finally agreeing to address the subject of war reparations that Kosovo needs to pay all its Serb victims and other targets of KLA terror. But reparations are only the beginning. In addition, Kosovo Albanians need to:

    1. Take full and unconditional responsibility for instigating the violence in the 1990s and forcing Milosevic to crackdown on the insurgency.

    2. Make full guarantees to locate, arrest, and extradite all KLA war criminals who are living free by the thousands across Kosovo for the crimes committed during the conflict, as well as the crimes against humanity committed following the war, including the murder of Serbian children in Gorazdevac, the Podujevo bus bombing, and the March 2004 pogroms.

    3. Undergo re-education policies similar to de-Nazification in Germany to purge all Albanian schoolbooks, history books, academia, and other elements of political culture that promote racism, apartheid, and the stealing of other people's history for their own.

    4. Full restitution of seized Serbian property throughout Kosovo at current value

    5. Banning of all KLA and Self-Determination movements due to their intolerance for democracy and the rule of law, with continued association being a criminal offence.

    6. Full and formal apology to Serbia and the Serbian people for decades of systematic terror, harassment, and violence.

  44. It is long overdue that this subject is finally introduced to the Brussels negotiations, and Serbia will have to pay for all the destruction, killings, and rapes it committed in Kosovo. Over a hundred thousand homes were destroyed, over 10000people killed, over 1600 still missing, numerous mosques destroyed, and infrastructure destroyed. at least 800,000 Kosovars paid into the former Yugoslav pension funds, and Serbia stole all that money along with their bank deposits, and on top of it Serbs looted homes and stores in Kosovo. Serbia was the perpetrator, it caused that war, and is responsible for the damages it inflicted on the people and the entire country of Kosovo. What makes you think that mines and other investments in Kosovo belong to Serbia. Yugoslavia was more than just Serbia, even you don't see it way. The Serbs sucked everything they could out of the former member states and didn't return a thing. Those mines and whatever else there is in Kosovo belongs to the citizens and the State of Kosovo, and certainly not to warmongering Serbia.

Certain Albanian groups need to be brought to justice for killing innocent Serbian civilians.

The same fate awaits Serbs as well on the other side of the fence. Destruction of property, religious sites, and brutal massacres are to be justified in a court of law.

As far as pension goes, I can't just put that on Serbia shoulders, let's not forget Yugoslavia was made up among 7 countries, not just Serbia alone. That's oht the window obviously.

To my knowledge this lady Tahiri is really incompetent when it comes to discussing topics that are out of her reach to begin with.
