By the end of the year the Ministry of Economy will prepare seven more draft laws aimed to improve the business environment, Zeljko Sertic said.

Sertic: Seven laws for better business climate

The laws will focus on creating the conditions for all those doing business in Serbia to conduct their activities in coordination with the state bodies, at all levels from central to local, he added.

The new investment law ensures equal treatment of both foreign and local investors, and efficiently regulates the relations between the state bodies and the local self-governments.

This combination alone can help us create a good business environment where the jurisdictions and the deadlines are clearly defined, Sertic said at the opening of the International Economic Forum in Zrenjanin.
