"I think that it is important that businesses and businesspeople take part in this campaign. I hope that everyone will be able to help as much as they can," Cadez told Tanjug in Zrenjanin, where he visited the German factory Drexlmayer with Minister of Economy Zeljko Sertic.

Cadez said that the PKS has set up a small coordination centre to coordinate members and other companies in order to assist the efforts of the Serbian government to solve this problem.

We have already received confirmations from the Serbian-German Business Association and the Austrian chamber of commerce in Belgrade that they will join in and contact their members about this, Cadez said.

An estimated 115,000 refugees have passed through Serbia since the beginning of 2015, with around 3,000 people, including children without parental escort and mothers with babies, arriving daily since August.
