Unclear if Pristina plans to ban Vucic's visit

Vucic said on August 25 in Brussels, after the signing of agreements with officials of Pristina, the most important among which was that on the Community of Serb Municipalities, that he would visit all majority-Serb areas.

They are Kosovska Mitrovica, Zvecan, Leposavic, Zubin Potok, Ranilug, Gracanica, Pasjane, Partes, Strpce, Novo Brdo, and Klokot - the municipalities will join the Community. Vucic announced he would travel there "to inform the Serb people about the details of the agreement."

The paper said that Kosovo PM Isa Mustafa's adviser Besnik Berisha said he was "not able to answer that question" - i.e., whether Vucic's visit would be allowed. Kosovo government spokesperson Arban Abrashi was not available for comment, Koha Ditore said.

The Kosovo government earlier passed a decision not to allow Serb officials to travel to Kosovo if the reason for their visit was of a political nature.

However, the paper cited analysts who said the government had no power to prevent Vucic's visits "even if he were to perform political activities in Kosovo."
