The Serbian government has adopted articles of incorporation for the restructuring of the state-owned natural gas provider Srbijagas.

Public gas company to be divided into two enterprises
The decision has been made to establish operators of the transport and distribution systems, which means that two new enterprises will be formed- Transportgas Srbija and Distribucijagas Srbija, Antic told reporters.He underscored that Serbia will thus meet all the obligations toward the European Commission and Energy Community within the set deadlines and at the planned pace.
“I expect that we will complete the necessary unbundling within the deadlines, and then Srbijagas will be structured in keeping with the EU's principles, and operate as a modern company.” Antic underscored.
