Pristina-based Albanian language website Koha.net meanwhile is citing sources close to the meeting in Brussels, who say that Mustafa and Vucic agreed on all the issues.

Danas writes that conditions will be created in the next meeting for the signing of the so-called Brussels 2 agreement on normalization of relations, which will be implemented in the future "in stages and topics."

As they said and the paper carried, there has been a large degree of agreement between the two prime ministers on Tuesday, "as evidenced in the relaxed behavior of officials from Pristina after the meeting in Brussels," and also in "the vague statement that of the Serbian prime minister cannot talk about what had been agreed."

The same sources further said it can be expected that prime ministers will agree on the most important topics, the formation of the Community of Serb Municipalities (ZSO), that is the formulation of an action plan for its establishment with clear activities, deadlines and commitments that the two sides should meet.

According to the daily, "Kosovo will have to amend the legislation and by-laws so that the ZSO can be established."

The article said that it can be heard from diplomatic circles that no one believes that the Serbian prime minister could risk the trust of Germany and Chancellor Merkel, who according to the plan is coming to Belgrade to support regional cooperation and the results achieved in the past three years, especially in the normalization of relations with Kosovo.

Experienced diplomats with whom the paper spoke said that Merkel expects a clear situation regarding Kosovo, at least when it comes to the first Brussels agreement.

The same sources indicate Vucic's statements also indicate that Serbia is ready for the next step and reaching an agreement with Kosovo.

Specifically, Vucic said that the first chapters of the accession talks of Serbia and the EU will be opened by the end of the year regardless of the fact that there was no concrete agreement on four key topics on Tuesday.

Koha.net meantime writes that Isa Mustafa and Aleksandar Vucic agreed "one hundred percent" on all the issues discussed in Brussels on Tuesday. The website said it was citing sources close to the meeting.

"The parties have agreed one hundred percent on all the issues that were discussed at the meeting. Next meeting will be held on Monday at which the agreements will be signed," said the source.

The same source said that all agreements are beneficial to Kosovo.

Tanjug said it learned late on Wednesday from the Serbian government that no agreement was reached between Vucic and Mustafa during the last round of negotiations in Brussels.

Responding to the koha.net article, a government source said that there was no agreement between the Serb and Albanian sides, "especially as there was no face to face meeting between Vucic and Mustafa."
