"No open issues with prosecution, no Seselj order yet"

Vucic said that the Serbian government "had not yet received an official order from the Hague Tribunal's Appeals Chamber to deliver Vojislav Seselj," who was granted provisional release in November last year on humanitarian grounds, back to the UN detention unit in Scheveningen.

“Upon receiving the order, the Serbian government will act under Serbian law and in line with public international law,” said the prime minister.

Vucic and Brammertz "concluded that there were no outstanding issues in the regular cooperation between the Serbian government and The Hague Tribunal’s Office of the Prosecutor," the Serbian government’s media relations office said, as quoted by Tanjug.

Brammertz is on a visit to Belgrade as part of preparations for his regular six-month report to the UN Security Council, which he needs to have submitted in the first week of June.
