BELGRADE The Serbian parliament will on Friday in Belgrade vote on the 2013 budget balancing bill. The proposal puts expected revenue at RSD 873.4 billion, spending at RSD 1051.7 billion, and the deficit at RSD 178.3 billion or 4.7 percent of GDP.
