The couver is probably the least interesting part of the offer: butter and olive based spread. We gave very high marks to the Norwegian fish broth and red snapper pottage. Among the entrées, we recommend to all gourmands an exclusive specialty - “Julienne” – oven baked mushroom cream with hard cheese, served in unusual toast-dishes. This time, from the offer of specialties, we tried the absolutely sensational chili beefsteak in oyster and soya sauce, with vegetables and rice, very rich and strong in taste. The unusual combination of chicken and smoked cheese in flaky dough called Zerak, was accompanied with marinated zucchini in curry sauce. Paella with duck meat is served with dried apricots, asparagus and beech cane in a sweet, honey-based sauce accompanied with rice, combining the various tastes very well. The extremely popular “Oscar Wilde” cake, a chocolate cube with raspberry filling, did not overwhelm us, but the excellent cheesecake, brownies or soufflé are reasons enough for visiting Dorian Gray again. The by all means exceptional wine list goes well with the offer of extra quality food served here. Prices are high, service is courteous and polite and the ambience is quite modern. This is one of the most prestigious city restaurants. Meal for two costs 4,000 dinars. One of unavoidable places in one of the main streets of Belgrade is well known not only for the expensive cars parked in the front, but also for its exceptional gastronomic offer – first class international cuisine, from Mediterranean and Italian, French and Russian, to Indonesian and Chinese.
