    First of all no one gives a figs what Thaci thinks and if you donít believe that just look at what happened to the so called Kosova army. All Thaci is doing is big noting himself to show he in controlĒ.
    On the issue of Serbs living in other countries and voting, yes they can provided they have valid ID papers. However, Serbia does not recognise a separate Kosovo so there are no problems in organising a vote. Thaci will pretend to mull over the question then umm and ahh then quietly give the nod. Itís a show for local consumption. He knows it canít be stopped.
