Pristina complains to EU and U.S. about Serbian "aggression"

Albanian language daily Gazeta Express, published in Pristina, said that the letter was sent to 49 foreign ministers, and that it complained about Belgrade's intention to send "a controversial" train to northern Kosovo last weekend.

The newspaper said Hoxhaj stated in his "4-page" letter that this was not an isolated case, but "part of Serbia's systematic hostile approach toward Kosovo."

According to the same daily, Hoxhaj mentioned "the building of a wall in northern Kosovska Mitrovica, the withdrawal of Serb ministers and assembly members from Kosovo's institutions, the arrest of Ramush Haradinaj in France on a Serbian warrant, the arrest of (Kosovo) police member Nehat Thaci in Serbia, and 'other incidents'."
