B92 Trust is a limited liability managing company established under Serbian law whose aim is to secure the continued independence of B92 editorial policy and to work with MDLF to ensure the viability of B92. It is owned by 10 executives, editors, and founders of the Company. Under the company's statutory provisions, the owners of the B92 Trust are not permitted to sell or transfer their shares in the B92 Trust, nor to receive any profit or dividend from B92 on the basis of their equity in the B92 Trust. The ownership of the B92 Trust is strictly associated with employment in the Company and therefore ceases upon termination of employment in B92.
