EU extends "black list" of Russians
Among those who will not be able to travel to the EU are also members of the lower house of parliament, Joseph Kobzon and Valery Raskin, as well as leaders of the self-proclaimed republics of Lugansk and Donetsk.Head of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the Russian Duma Alexei Pushkov said that such sanctions threaten the implementation of the agreement reached in Minsk and will not solve anything, but only "complicate the political dialogue."
Russian representative to the EU Vladimir Chizhov said:
"It will not only be a signal to the Russian public opinion and force Russia to establish its own list of sanctions against the EU, but will endanger the implementation of the agreement reached in Minsk."
